1) PRE S.O.C. ENGLISH PREPARATION
RATIONALE
Program is design to the needs of enhancing English proficiency to the RMAF officer before entering SITU. The course requires the student to adopt and adapt NLP, English Communication, classroom video and Power Point elements. It encourages participants to take a constructivist approach to their learning. Face-to-face workshops are added for blended delivery.
OBJECTIVES
· Identify some of the niche associated with learning English to RMAF officers
· Identify the greatness of using songs, Neuro Linguistic Program (NLP), Fish philosophy and games to enhance English absorption
· Be able to stand tall when you are conversing in English

2) PRE FOREIGN MILITARY EXCERSICE ENGLISH PREPARATION (Elementary level)
RATIONALE
To help develop your speaking, listening, reading and writing skills. This program is also to aim enhancement in the usage of vocabulary in daily speech and writing of report or presentation.
Interesting and relevant texts from real sources will help you to develop your reading skills and acquire essential vocabulary.
Authentic listening texts based on interviews with people and experts in their field will develop your listening skills as well as expose to certain dialects and slang of different English spoken country.

Learning English – Primary Essentials is a development course for personnel of RMAF before entering basic specialise school. The course contains audio, classroom video, communication and interpersonal elements. It encourages participants to take a constructivist approach to their learning.
