Yesterday we took a group from UiTM Penang jungle tracking into Penang National Park to Pantai Kerachut. They were from the HEP department. Very enthusiastic and cheerful bunch of people.
I learnt that for some people to do some walking in the jungle takes out a lot in them, but once they start accepting them, the 'walk' was not at all that stressful. In fact it was pleasant and fun. One gets to enjoy nature with information provided by the guides on trail with you, it was educational and also you get lots of fresh air. So its all in the mind....be happy and cheerful is really up to you, no matter how crappy everyone else is.
I also learn that one must be courteous to people at all times,regardless....it takes you to the extra miles...believe me!!:) Take up the Fish! philosophy.....PLAY!, BE THERE! CHANGE YOUR ATTITUDE! MAKE THEIR DAY!
